IN GENERAL

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases on the website www.hoodedorganic.dk. By placing your order, you accept the terms and conditions applicable at any time. Hooded Organic therefore recommends that you read the trading conditions thoroughly.

Hooded Organic may change the conditions at any time with effect for future purchases.


PAYMENT AND PRICES

All prices on www.hoodedorganic.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT. Before you approve your order, the final price for the order, incl. shipping costs.

Payment can only be made via the secured payment form on the website. hoodedorganic accepts payment with: Visa Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, apple pay and google pay. Receipt for purchase is received via e-mail.

Your payment is processed securely and we encrypt your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

During offer periods when prices are reduced, additional discount codes cannot be used. Volume discount still applies to reduced items.


DELIVERY

Hooded Organic typically offers delivery via various business partners, Delivery can be made to Denmark and takes place to the address or place of delivery you have provided when placing your order.

The shipping costs depend on the selected shipping method and appear in connection with your order.

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days, and if the order is not received within 5-7 working days, customer service must be contacted at info@hoodedorganic.dk. The case is then investigated in our order system and, if necessary, at GLS/postnord/dao

HoodedOrganic is not responsible for delay from the shipping company.


GIFT CARD

The gift card is issued by hooded organic to hoodedorganic.dk The gift card can only be used at hoodedorganic.dk

You can see the balance on a gift card if you are unsure how much money is on your gift card. The balance on the gift card can be viewed via the link you received by email. The gift card does not expire and is not tied to a minimum order price. Please note that discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards.

Gift cards are not personal and can be transferred. The gift card cannot be topped up again, it is recommended that you buy a new gift card after use. The minimum amount for the gift card is DKK 100 and the maximum is DKK 1000.

Right of cancellation on gift cards: You have 14 days right of cancellation on your purchase of a gift card. Contact us at info@hoodedorganic.dk and we will return the money to your selected account.


COMPLAINT

The Sales Act's defect rules, including the rules on complaints, apply to the purchase of goods.

This means that you have 24 months right of complaint from the time of delivery if the purchased item has a defect, e.g. a manufacturing or material defect. You must advertise within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. A complaint within two months after you have discovered the defect will always be considered timely.

When making a complaint, please write to Hooded Organic and state in as much detail as possible what the problem is.

You can choose whether you want the item to be repaired or exchanged. Reimbursement of the purchase amount, on the other hand, is only an option, (i) if there is a significant defect, or (ii) if replacement or repair is not possible or will entail disproportionately large costs for Hooded Organic

If the complaint is justified, Hooded Organic will refund the reasonable shipping costs associated with sending the product back. If your complaint is not justified, you must bear the shipping costs yourself, including hoodedorganic's costs for returning the product after examination.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging. You are responsible for the item yourself until hoodedorganics receives it. Therefore, save the postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and any track & trace number.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must give us an unequivocal notice that you wish to cancel the purchase, e.g. by sending an e-mail to retur@hoodedorganic.dk. You can also use the standard cancellation form at the bottom of these terms, but this is not mandatory.

The cancellation period has been met if you send the notice of exercise of the right of cancellation before the period has expired.

Use of the right of withdrawal within the first 14 days after delivery

According to the Consumer Contracts Act, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the item is received .

If the purchase is cancelled, Hooded Organic must be notified no later than 14 days after the day you received the item. If the cancellation period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the cancellation period is deemed to have expired on the following business day.

Use of the right of withdrawal from the 15th day to the 30th day after delivery

Hooded Organic offers an extended right of cancellation of 30 days from the day the item is received .

If the purchase is cancelled, Hooded Organic must therefore be notified no later than 30 days after the day you received the item. If the cancellation period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the cancellation period is deemed to have expired on the following business day.

Please note that if you wish to cancel your purchase from the 15th day to the 30th day after delivery, the following restrictions apply to the right of cancellation:

  • Only one free return/exchange is offered per order. If you wish to return/exchange an item that you have already had exchanged once, you will therefore pay for the costs associated with this yourself (DKK 50).


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Once you have notified Hooded Organic via e-mail that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive a return label.

The item is then returned via GLS to Hooded Organics' warehouse. The item must be returned no later than 14 days from the date on which you have informed Hooded Organic that you want to cancel your purchase. The deadline is considered met if the item is dispatched within 14 days of notification to us.

It is important that your name and address are attached, so that we have the opportunity to find the order in the customer register. Please also mark the return as "return".

It is important that you pack the item securely when returning it, as you bear the risk for the item until we receive the item. Please enclose packaging and product labels. Hooded Organic encourages you to save shipping receipts.

When you cancel a purchase, Hooded Organic refunds the payment to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after Hooded Organic has received the notification that you wish to cancel the purchase. However, Hooded Organic can withhold payment until the item has been returned or you have sent documentation that the item has been returned.

In the case of packages not collected, we are forced to deduct DKK 100 from the refunded amount. This is due to the delivery costs.

The refund is made to the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fee as a result of the refund.


THE COMPANY'S OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS

The buyer always receives an order receipt when completing the purchase. The order information is stored by Hooded Organic for 5 years. It is not possible to access the order receipt via www.hoodedorganic.dk. If you would like a new copy of the order receipt, please send an e-mail to info@hoodedorganic.dk instead.


RESERVATION

Hooded Organic cannot be held liable in the event of failure to fulfill the contract due to an unforeseeable event over which Hooded Organic has no control, e.g. unrest, full or partial strike, especially in the transport and/or communication sector, fire, floods or similar cases.

Hooded Organic reserves the right for small deviations in production (maximum +/- 1 cm) in relation to the stated measurement (under "sizes") for each individual T-shirt and other products.

Hooded Organic also reserves the right for out-of-stock items and typing errors on the website.

Hooded Organic processes your personal data in accordance with the GDPR regulations.


ACCESS TO COMPLAINTS AND CHOICE OF LAW

You are always welcome to contact Hooded Organic if you want to complain about a purchase. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, if the conditions for making a complaint are met.

The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. It is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Complaints are submitted to http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

The agreement between you and Hooded Organic, including these trading conditions, is subject to Danish law, unless otherwise follows from non-derogable rules on consumer protection in the country where you reside.
